The message is controlled by pinreset_email.html which you need to create, if you don't have one system will use the default. Please refer to the menu page #107426. If you have your own pinreset_email.html, make sure the token <!--{pinresetlink}--> stay in a line separately. If you need more help, I will be happy to do a test for you.

I'm setting up the "Forgot your PIN" function on our system in staging
and so far, I have things working
up to the point of actually sending the message. My problem is that the
message arrives with the
token in it for the pin reset link rather than the link itself. Anyone
have any ideas what I need to change?

Our server is at: http://library.ccbcmd.edu:2082 and  staging is
available from the outside.

If you need a test user to try it with, I can give you one.
