One further note of clarification: the last digit of a bib number is a
check digit and it needs to be trimmed from the URL as Sue demonstrates.
I find the best way to do this is to use the "left" (Left 7 since a bib
is 8 digits) function in Excel copying the results into a new column.
Next Copy Special (the literal/text value) the contents of the
'function' column into yet another column. The first two columns can
then be deleted and the trimmed Bib number remains. In this column Find
'b' and replace it with the beginning of the URL. [ example: b will be
replaced with
http://simon.ups.edu/record=b ]
This is hairy, I know, but my experience is that the URLS will not with
the check digit included.
Best of luck,

Welcome to the Serials Solutions group. Create a list of all your
journal records and export the bib numbers. In Excel, add your catalog
url/record= and you'll end up with a column of url's such as this
http://simon.ups.edu/record=b1174059. Of course if you use Ezproxy
you'll need to add that in too.
