maybe?

Not sure why the help desk can't determine why since the "Maximize
all windows" setting has never really worked. You get a *big*
window, but not a maximized window; see
<http://innovativeusers.org/list/archives/2008/msg00096.html>.


When a login is set to associate initials and password with the
login, it's not so noticeable because the window sizes down
immediately, but when you're prompted for initials the window starts
out maximized but then "Restores" down a hair. I'm guessing it might
have something to do with older Mill clients being finicky about
screen size/resolution?
