[IUG] Receipt Printer Auto Cut Problems

Millennium just turned the autocut feature on but still some issues.  If I leave it at text narrow all is fine but the autocut feature does not work (the box is checked) but the receipt layout is fine.  If I switch over to graphic instead of text narrow the layout is not so fine (text is missing on receipt) and it keeps on feeding and I have to turn the printer off to stop.

We have a Star TSP700I printer

May 2008

Any suggestions?
