I experience the same thing. I've just gotten in the habit of double-clicking the title bar to fully maximize the screen. This topic was discussed on the list maybe a year ago, and I don't believe anyone identified another workaround.

Subject: [IUG] Maximize Millennium windows

Another puzzler.

I have one of our logins set up to open maximized, At first, after the
account login stage, when it opens and asks for initials, the client
window is maximized. But as soon as the initials are entered or
skipped, the window minimizes about 1%. So far neither I nor the help
desk can determine why. I've looked at file permissions on the
workstation for the Millennium folder and can't connect anything there.

Any one else deal with this or have any ideas?

Thanks,
