- Subject: [IUG] Error message display in patronview (WebPac Pro)
Good morning-
In patronview, when attempting a renewal, currently the only way a
patron is alerted to an unsuccessful renewal is in the status column of
the item list.
I have seen some instances where a bold error message appears at the top
of the item list, alerting the patron to a problem. (e.g. "Not all
renewals were successful. See Details below.") Can't seem to find
reference to how that is set up, or I am not describing it clearly
enough to find.
