Thanks, Phil and Kristi.

Just to follow up, I did refer Phil's call tracking number to the III
staff person assigned to my issue. As a result, she is going to apply
the patch to our Innovative server this afternoon--apparently, this fix
is also in 2007 1.1. I'll let you know if it works. Thank you!

It sounds like your problem could be related, but not the same.
