[IUG] IUG 2009 Program Committee: need volunteers

I've had quite a few volunteers step up from academic and special libraries.  To get a well rounded committee, we also need representation from public libraries.  If you are interested, please let me know.

Initial call for volunteers -

We are in need of a few volunteers to serve on the Program Committee for IUG 2009 in Anaheim, CA.
 
Committee members are primarily charged with reviewing and assessing the program submissions for presentations and posters for the IUG Annual Conference.  
 
The committee coordinates all aspects of -
  * presentations
  * forums
  * posters
  * Bird of a Feather sessions
  * online availability of all program materials and schedules
 
Committee members are responsible for communicating with presenters to make sure all their needs and deadlines are met to insure a successful IUG Conference.
