[IUG] Self Registration - Skyline version

I have successful launched the skyline version of self registration on
WebPac Pro 2006. https://ilsweb.lvccld.org/selfreg~S12  The only thing I
wish it could do is changed the text that patrons type to all caps when
it's submitted.  I 've tried a couple of javascripts I found on the
Internet but can't get them to work.  I must be placing the information
in the wrong location.  If anyone figures out a way to do this, please
let me know.  Most patrons enter their information in a nice looking for
format, other use all lower case, which causes more work for circ staff.
