[IUG] Loss of searchscope from browse to bibdisplay

Hello, we are running Web Pac Pro and are having a problem with search
scopes.  Under IE, if any index search is tried along with a
searchscope, the searchscope is defaulted back to view all items when
navigating from the briefcit browse page to bibdisplay page of an item.
Under standards compliant browsers such as FF, this problem does not
