We had problems using FTP including WS_FTP after upgrade to 2007 which I
was able to fix by adding the relevant IP addresses to our Limit NETWORK
access> IIIFTP configuration. I guess that prior to the upgrade this
configuration was ignored but now it isn't as this had never been
configured for our IP address range.
