[IUG] IE7 and Bib display Tabs

I have a catalog for our new contact library who wanted to use the tabs
for the menu and the bib display.  I have it all setup and it looks get
on our training server which is III-2007 in both IE7 and Firefox.  When
I move it all to the production server which is 2006 the bib tabs won't
line up in IE7.

 

I know they have to float left in order to line up correctly.  I had a
similar problem with the menu tabs and I did something to fix it but I'm
at a lost as to what I did.
