Good afternoon!  We've only tested the printing of "holds wrappers", but
what we did was design the holds wrapper and then upload it in Print
Templates, move it over into the Preferred Template area and print! 
Remember that you have to load the image file also (if you are using
one) in order to get it to work -- I guess the image file (logo or
whatever) is separate from  the actual template and must be loaded
