Hi,
I haven't figured up percentages but here are some raw number samples
for comparison:
5/20 TNS Odue - 1095, TNS Holdpickup - 1361
5/21 Unsuccessful TNS Odue - 112, Unsuccessful TNS Holdpickup - 65
6/5 TNS Odue - 794, TNS Holdpickup - 2009
6/6 Unsuccessful TNS Odue - 76, Unsuccessful TNS Holdpickup - 123
Hope this helps,
John Goodyear

Subject: [IUG] Teleforms-unsuccessful TNS notices
My library started using Teleforms a year ago. On average, 20% of our
phone notices become unsuccessful TNS notices. I'm curious to know
whether this percentage is much higher than what others using Teleforms
are experiencing. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Lisa Caldwell
