That call number is in the item record.

I am trying to locate some 230 bib records with the call number "SPEC
JYB-48" and haven't been successful so far. In Millennium, I have tried
with "bib call # has JYB-48" and "bib call # starts with 099" and have
come up empty in both cases.  Below is an actual record with this call
