Tyra,
If you check the list archives you should be able to find some discussion on this. I vaguely recollect folks changing the button to a 1X1 pixel the same color as the background of your page making it pretty darn near impossible to hit...

Subject: [IUG] Remove Cancel All Button

Does anyone know if I can do this, and if so, how to remove the Cancel
All button from the patroninfo screen in My Millennium? The last person
I spoke with at III doesn't believe it is possible to do what I'm trying
to do.

Our patrons just can't seem to get a grip on the difference between
Cancel All and Update List, even though you get a warning after clicking
Cancel All that this will affect ALL your holds with an opportunity to
cancel. Our Circ. Mgr. has had about enough irate phone calls from
patrons who have cancelled 45 or so holds in one (actually two) clicks
of the mouse.

We use pat_psearch_update instead of pat_cancelmark because we use the
Freeze Holds function. I was told we cannot use both--of course
not--that's what would make the most sense, a button for cancelling
holds and one for freezing holds. Hmmm.... enhancement request on the
way.

Anyway, making But_Pat_Cancel_All inactive just turns the icon into a
button with text, so it's still there. I really need to get rid of this
function. Anyone? Please help!

Thanks!
Tyra
