Andrea, I have been playing with Tiddlywiki http://www.tiddlywiki.com/
which is very good for organising info personally (I have one on my usb
stick). The great thing about it is that it is a single file and can be
placed on a normal file server to be viewed by everyone. However I did
find that the security settings on Internet Explorer (our corporate set
up - which we are unable to change) prevented me from saving any edits.
However with a slightly different IE set up better still firefox then
this becomes no problem.
