Oh, what a pain that was! Because kluwer databases are sold to US
customers through CCH, you need both kluwer and cch entries in your
forward table.

Here's what we're using for our two Kluwer databases:
*.kluwerlitigation.com
*.kluwerarbitration.com
*.cch.com
*cch.com.sg (not sure what this one is).

Even so, the proxy rewrite link on your homepage has to point to CCH,
not directly to Kluwer. Only by logging into CCH can the user get
authenticated IP access to Kluwer.

Even after that hurdle, you still have the problem that emailing a
document out of Kluwer only sends an abstract and a link. That link is
not proxied, so it has to be converted to a proxied link before it will
work. Our systems librarian, Len Davidson, set up a little page to help
users with proxy conversion, and did a poster session (poster 11) about
this at IUG.

Oh, and did you notice that some Kluwer databases are only accessible in
IE?

Cheers,
Mary

Is anyone successfully using WAM with Kluwer Arbitration Online? If so,

would you be willing to share your WAM settings? Thanks.
