Hi,
I'm going to beat this dead horse some more here, because it just keeps
laying there, it won't get moving. We use the Modify Group function in
Mill Cat. And it does not work correctly with any client after the 1.4
series. After the upgrade, we'll be keeping at least some of our
cataloging workstations on the 1.4.2 client until this problem is
resolved. We've tested this client with 2007 on our training server and
it does still work. If you use that cat function, be aware.
Thanks,

Subject: [IUG] Release 2007 - System vs. Staff application
Hello,
I've never done an upgrade before and have what is probably a really
dumb question. We are a turnkey system. When you upgrade the server to
the latest release (2007), do you have to do all your staff machines for
the Millennium applications at the same time, i.e., right after? We're
still on XP with the standard 1 Gb of RAM, which sounds like the bare
minimum, so our timing for upgrade is going to depend on when we can get
those staff machines upgraded (staff run multiple apps). Any advice on
timing?
Thanks,
Alison
