My boss wanted a page where patrons could search for just videos, so
I've created a Video Search

page on our staging partition at :
http://library.ccbcmd.edu:2082/screens/videosearch2.html

with 3 searches on it:

1) Search for Cataloged Videos (In the Library)

2) Search for Streaming Videos (online)

3) Search for both Cataloged and Streaming Videos (In the Library or
Online)

The first two work beautifully, but the third one isn't working for me.

I can get the results I want by doing search #1 and on the results
screen adding &m=y

(or #2 and adding &m=g) to the end of the URL in the address box and
press enter and it

will perform the search, so I know it CAN be done.

Has anyone else tried such a thing and what is the proper syntax or do I
need to do some javascript

around it to force it to happen or what? Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks,

Giles Riesner
