Mia,
I asked about this recently. Apparently it can't be done as easily as
the location link. No WWWoptions settings for this. I was told to put
in an enhancement request for the next cycle which I did. If you find
out any new information please share.
Andrea

Subject: [IUG] Link from item status label in webpac

Frustratingly, I can't find this in the list archives, though I'm sure
it was discussed fairly recently!

I'm looking for ways and means/examples of WebPacs that have made their
item STATUS field clickable from the WebPAC, in order to show the user
an explanation of the status code. Either the link brings user to a
static page explaining status code meanings; or it could be something
more interactive.

i.e., when displaying a record user clicks on the item record's STATUS
label (e.g., "MISSING"; or "IN LIBRARY") to get to an explanatory page.

Thanks muchly.
