- Subject: Re: [IUG] Circulation notice printing-Auto Notices
We haven't had any problems with auto notices in Milcirc. Sending notices used to consume a huge amount of time each morning back when we had to type them. With each new system or upgrade, it has become less and less work. Now I don't even think about them as they go automatically.
Set up your auto notices for ODs, fines and pickup notices to be sent by email. Ours are send at 6 AM. The system will print the ones with only mailing addresses to an email account. We review them before printing them.
We still print our paging and inn-reach slips manually in MilCirc as they are harder to reprint when something goes wrong.
