   We experienced this about two weeks ago.  I contacted Springer; they 
assured me that the green squares should be visible to our users and 
wanted a screen shot to see what our Springer page looked like.

   It wasn't until a week later that another library contacted them 
with the same complaint about the green squares.  That was the time they 
decided to look further into our complaint.
