In CL create a list of bibs (use the whole range or make changes) where
type=bib field=linked record condition=does not exist to and value = item

Is there a way to create a list that will tell us what bib records have no
items attached to the bib record?  My past cataloger said we had a good
number of these out there but I cannot create a list to get these records.
