We use a form fed crash notice but our size is slightly
different...maybe 10 x 6 which includes the tractor feed in the
measurement. I'd be happy to send you our settings if you'd like as you
could then tweak them. Just send me your e-mail address.

We're in the process of migrating to Millennium and having some trouble
setting up our notices. We use form-fed crash notices which are 8 1/2
inches wide by 5 1/2 long. An approximate sample is below. If someone
has setup similar notices we would like to cheat and get your settings
even though we truly understand the value of struggling through a
problem and pulling our hair out until finding a successful outcome. I
assure you we are doing that in many other areas of the migration so by
helping us out here you will not be totally robbing us of the
opportunity to grow, learn and overcome obstacles.
