Concerning ISI upgrade:
To add to Bob's points, if you have a "hosts" file on your Innovative
server, have III delete the cache.

Subject: [IUG] WAM heads up for ISI
WAM and ISI discoveries following the migration to the new platform.
(1) If you are using WAM and were advised last week by ISI to start
using newisiknowledge.com for the Web of Knowledge platform (after they
broke things pre-migration), note that that address no longer worked for
us this morning post-migration---only isisknowledge.com works.
(2) I found this morning that a WAM forward table entry for
*.isiknowledge.com was needed in order to not get dumped out of a
session when using some parts of the product. (Prior to this WoK
version, that entry sometimes broke things.) I'm hoping this version of
WoS will need only that entry, but haven't been able to test yet.
(3) The paste-to-search-form feature from a cited author or cited pub
search screen doesn't work for us through the proxy---instead of getting
your terms pasted into the cited reference search form, you get taken
back to a regular search form. It works fine when using an un-proxied
URL. Anyone else seeing the same behavior?
As is typical with ISI and WAM, your mileage may vary.
