I found and installed both fonts. As I suspected, they are non-standard
fonts. This approach won't work.

Try the Code2000.

It may not be possible to enter these characters into Millennium by ANY
method. But if you want help experimenting, let me know, and I'll set up a
Webex (remote desktop) session.
