Was the workstation up to recommended specs? Was the network it was on seem
to be functioning normally? Were unneccasary apps shut down before starting
the load? Had the workstation been through routine maintenance lately (e.g.
defragging, etc.)

I hope the things I'm suggesting are not things you have ruled out yet,

Subject: Error message - Millennium Installation

My colleagues in one of our branch libraries have encountered the following
error message after installing the millennium environment software. Has
anyone ever got this message and if so how was it resolved? I have not been
able to get a workable response from III.

The message error is: "Fatal Application Error, This application has
Unexpectedly Quit. Invocation of this Java Application has caused and
Invocation TargerExeption. This application win now exit (LAX)".

Thank you kindly
