Barbara,

I have not implemented this except as the default with
any modifications. I can't tell what your html
really looks like because the view source in the
web browser does not show the innovative
tokens (<!--{patron}--> as it does in the
full screen editor with the codes turned on(control-W).

I have found though that if the token does not
appear on a line by itself, with nothing to the front
and nothing after the code, strange things can happen.
You might check that.

I have created a custom form for patron requests using the pverify3_web
option.  The new form works except that it does not display the title of the
item being requested as does the default patron request form.  I've tried
multiple different things none of which have solved the problem.  I am
including the html code below in the hopes that someone may be able to alert
me to the problem.
