Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, this position manages a department of seven librarians (direct supervision) and nine support staff; sets policy for monographic acquisitions and cataloging, metadata creation, authority control, database maintenance and physical processing of library materials; responds to and anticipates user needs; plans for future activities and projects in accordance with new developments in resource discovery; serves as a member of Administrative Council, and collaborates with colleagues in library-wide planning, budgeting and policy development.

Circulation Librarian
The Outagamie Waupaca Library System (OWLS) seeks a full-time professional librarian to serve as primary circulation support for the OWLSnet automation network and to assist in administering the Innovative Interfaces computer system.
The Circulation Librarian works with the staff at OWLSnet member libraries to provide training and support on circulation-related tasks, including responding to user inquiries and working with the automation vendor to troubleshoot and solve problems. Additionally, the Circulation Librarian is actively involved in administering OWLSnet policies and procedures. Travel within 150 miles of Appleton, WI is required.

MORE Application Support Specialist (Indianhead Federated Library System, Wisconsin)
The Indianhead Federated Library System (IFLS) http://www.ifls.lib.wi.us is seeking candidates for the position of MORE Application Support Specialist. MORE http://www.more.lib.wi.us is a consortium of over 40 public libraries in West-Central Wisconsin. The position is part of a team responsible for ensuring the integrity of the MORE database and providing support to member libraries in the operation of the MORE system.
