The Implementation Services Department works with new Innovative customers to implement their Millennium and Encore systems, installs newly purchased products on existing systems, offers customer training, and provides consulting and profiling services for our customers. The Library Training Consultant is responsible for customer training, consulting services and the development of training resources, both internal and external. In addition, the Library Training Consultant acts a resource to the department and company on training and software issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct customer training on modules of all Millennium products. This is accomplished by on-site visits, in-house or web-ex based training and training support during user group meetings· Consult with and advise customers on training phase of the implementation process· Consult with customers and provide training for add-on products and services · Complete time tracking and training reports on time· Develop online training tutorials, workshops, and other training resources and documentation· Work with in-house team and managers to resolve problems· Install on-site equipment per instructions from technical-support team member· Provides telephone and e-support to customers with instructional inquiries· Participate in product implementation teams with the objective of designing a plan for the fast, efficient and customer-friendly implementation of the product· Other duties as assigned (more…)
